About

Teaching Intermediate crochet class at Jubilee Arts

Hi I’m Max (they/them). I am a graphic designer by day, and a fiber artist by… later in the day. I am the creative lead for web and digital at the Economic Policy Institute, and I also teach Web Design and Media classes at my alma mater, the University of Maryland - Baltimore County. Additionally, I am a teaching artist, teaching crochet classes at Jubilee Arts, Local Stitch, and independently.

Likes: Earl Grey tea with oat milk, my cat Bentley, pickles, painting, and Assateague Island

Dislikes: cat-calling, racism, olives

I am available for freelance design projects, art commissions, and teaching gigs. Let’s talk about your creative needs.
